For years we’ve produced our extra virgin olive oil with great dedication and passion in Umbria’s Trasimeno hills from 100% Italian olives.
The olives are harvested and transferred immediately to the mill. The oil is produced through a mechanical process with cold extraction and later filtered and bottled. The cold press helps to preserve all the organoleptic characteristics of the product and help capture its intense taste.
We are Virginia and Pierluigi and run our family farm following father Antonio’s footprints and the values he passed down to us: respect for the nature and its cycles, love of the land and countryside, dedication and passion for our work.
